Counseling session: $130/50-minute session
Intake: $150
A superbill statement will be sent on the 10th of the month for insurance reimbursment for out of network services.

Using Insurance?
We accept Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum insurance plans based in Ohio. We are not working with insurance in other states at this time.

Forms of Payment
Havens Counseling and Wellness (HCW) is accepting online payments via most major credit and debit cards, along with HSA and FSA cards as mental health counseling is a covered service.

Can't Make it?
At HCW, we understand that sometimes, life happens. We have a cancellation policy in place, and simply ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice prior to our scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, you may be charged for the session.
What are Good faith estimates? What about the No Surprises Act?
